Elevate 082219 update

While touch controls work - see Facebooke video - Unity HTML5 uploads to itch.io do not support mobile porting. Alpha Bridge Studios will be working on a way to get mobile access to Early Access users. Please be patient.

HOWEVER! Major fixes to level 4 and 5. Level 4 no longer gives infinite lives, and level 5's first purple platform does not shoot you into oblivion lol.  NEW levels have been added! Please go check out level 7 and 8!
